Whether you swim in salt water, fresh water, or chlorinated pools, your wetsuit is exposed to elements that degrade its performance over time. Our service helps prevent long-term damage and keeps your suit ready for your next adventure.

- Deep cleaning and disinfection — removes salt, chlorine, and organic residues
- Zipper cleaning and lubrication — ensures smooth and reliable operation
- Inspection of internal reinforcements — checks the condition of stress zones
- Minor repairs — patching small cuts, scratches, and seam touch-ups (limits apply)
- Protective silicone sealant — applied to the exterior to preserve neoprene flexibility during storage
This service is ideal at the end of the open water season, but can be done any time between September and March.
Note: Our service center is closed from mid-December to late January.

- Print your order confirmation and include it in the box
- Download, print, and fill out repair form
- Make sure your wetsuit is clean and completely dry
- Fold it carefully to avoid creasing
- Attach proof of purchase if warranty repair may apply
- Insure your package — we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments
- Ship your wetsuit to:

⏱ Turnaround Time
We’ll need your wetsuit for 10–15 business days to complete the service (excluding transit time).
Return shipping is not included — you are responsible for both inbound and outbound shipping.
