When We're Available

We respond to emails and contact form submissions Tuesday to Thursday. On other days, we're focused on receiving shipments, preparing orders, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. We're a small team, and like many small businesses, we juggle a lot — which means we’ve had to draw clear lines to stay efficient and avoid burnout.

If you reach out, please expect a reply within 2–3 business days (our business days). That means if you contact us on a Thursday afternoon, you might hear back the following week. We know this might feel slower than the 24/7 chatbot world — but we believe in real conversations, and we give each one the time it deserves.
