RETURNS - CANADIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY
Too big? Too small? Wrong product? There are many reason why you would want to exchange or return a product. Here is how it works and some frenqently asked questions.
How do I make a return?
*** Note - returns and exchanges will only be processed for customers based in Canada and for items purchased on blueseventy.ca ***
Start the return process by completing the contact form below and entering the same email adress that was used to make the purchase. Also provide your original order reference number in the comment section along with a description of the reason why you'd like to exchange your product.
Our team will review your request and the original order, and will send you a Return Authorization (RA). You will be notified if your purchase does not qualify for a return. You are responsible for the shipping charge to return the product to us.
Once your return is received by blueseventy, we will issue a refund / credit for the original item - minus the cost of shipping when we sent you your order, and any restocking fee (see below).
Returned merchandise that was marked as "Final Sale" or "Demo" is eligible for store credit only under certain conditions.
Independently of the reason for the return, you are always responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to us.
How do I make an exchange?
The best way to make an exchange is to contact us directly (instead of repurchasing the item you need, and then start the return process). If you are exchanging for the same product, but in a different size, our team will coordinate this with you in no time.
If your original order qualified for free shipping, then the new product will ship for free to you. If you paid shipping on your original order, you might be charged some, or whole, shipping rate.
Independently of the reason for the return, you are always responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to us.

COMMON RETURNS QUESTIONS
What if I wear something and still want to return it?
- Wetsuits - we encourage customers to contact us first. Often, wetsuit that are not comfortable are not the result of improper size, but simply of not being donned properly. Our team can help you with fitting advice and tips on making sure the wetsuit fits perfectly. Once that step is done, we encourage you to take the suit for a test swim; suits that feel "just a little tight" will feel more comfortable once in the water. As long as you return the suit in pristine condition, you are still eligible for a refund. See section below on Wetsuit return for more details.
- Competition Swim Suits and Swimskin (PZ suits) - due to the fragile and elastic nature of this fabric, we cannot provide full refunds on worn suits. Suits that have been tried on can be exchanged for sizing reasons. Suits that are returned for a cash refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee - this fee ensures that we are able to sell only unworn suits (unless otherwise marked). Suits worn in the water are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Swim Goggles - Sorry, we are not taking swim goggles back.
- Swimsuits - If you tried a swimsuit on dryland and it doesn't fit, we'll exchange or take it back. If it was used, or swam, we won't be able to take it back. Make sure the tags are still attached to the suit.
- Other items - generally, other items are eligible for exchanges or refund. Please contact us for more details as certain conditions may apply on a case-by-case basis.
