Returns & Exchanges – Blueseventy Canada

We understand that sometimes a product isn’t quite right — whether it’s the wrong size, a change of mind, or a fit issue. That’s why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy for Canadian customers who order directly from blueseventy.ca.

Before initiating a return, we strongly recommend reviewing our Wetsuit Fitting Tips. In most cases, a proper fit resolves the issue without needing to send the item back.

Eligibility & Conditions

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in perfect condition, with all original accessories, packaging, and tags intact. Items must be dry, clean, and free of wear.

Products marked “final sale,” “demo,” or “clearance” are not eligible for refunds. In some cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

Swimskins (PZ2TX / PZ4TX)

Due to the nature of these high-performance suits:

  • If tried on dry and returned in perfect condition, exchanges are subject to a 10% fee
  • If returned for refund, a 20% restocking fee applies
  • If used in water, the item is not eligible for return or exchange

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns. If the returned item is incomplete, damaged, or missing accessories, the fee may increase to 20–25%, depending on the condition and whether the return is accepted.

Unauthorized returns (without a Return Authorization) may be subject to a 25% fee.

Shipping Costs

We no longer offer free shipping. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. This includes:

  • the original outbound shipping charge
  • the cost of returning an item to us
  • any postage or fees charged by Canada Post for returned or unclaimed parcels

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If Blueseventy Canada provides a prepaid return label as a courtesy, this applies only to the return shipment. It does not modify or replace the standard policy regarding original shipping costs.

Tracked Shipping Required

All returns must be shipped with tracking. Returns sent without tracking may be delayed, lost, or returned to the sender by Canada Post without notice.

Blueseventy Canada is not responsible for untracked parcels that are lost, delayed, or returned to the sender.

All returns must also be confirmed to us by email before the package is mailed. This allows us to monitor incoming parcels, avoid Canada Post pickup issues, and ensure your return is processed promptly.

Canada Post Delivery Issues

If Canada Post charges return-to-sender fees or additional postage due to delivery errors, missing pickup notices, or unclaimed parcels, these charges are the responsibility of the sender.

Blueseventy Canada cannot reimburse postage fees billed directly by Canada Post, as these charges are not collected by us.

How Exchanges Are Processed

To keep things simple and ensure fast turnaround times, all exchanges are processed as a new order + refund:

  • You place a new order for the replacement item (this ensures availability and fast shipping)
  • You return the original item following our return instructions
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue a refund for the original purchase (minus applicable fees)

If the returned item meets all return criteria and you have placed a new order for the replacement, we may waive the restocking fee as a courtesy.

This approach ensures:

  • you receive the correct size or model quickly
  • inventory is not held or delayed
  • returns are processed cleanly and fairly
  • shipping costs remain consistent with our policy

Exceptions & Courtesy Accommodations

In rare cases, Blueseventy Canada may offer a courtesy accommodation (such as a prepaid return label). These exceptions are discretionary and apply only to the specific return. They do not modify the standard return policy, including the non-refundable nature of original shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us using the email address used for your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions
  4. You must confirm your return with us by email before mailing the package. This ensures we can track the parcel and avoid delays or Canada Post issues.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange, minus applicable fees
  6. Refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed from the moment we receive your items. If you have questions or concerns regarding your refund, please contact us for an update.

While we do our best to support online customers, our return policy reflects the nature of the products we sell. We’re not Amazon or Costco — and we don’t try to be. Our gear is built for athletes, not mass-market consumption, and our policies are designed to balance fairness with sustainability.
