Shipping Information
We’re a small, passionate team working hard to support Blueseventy customers across Canada. Our goal is to get your gear to you efficiently, while staying true to our values of balance, transparency, and real human service.
Order Processing Timeline
Orders typically take 5–10 business days to process and prepare before shipping. We’re not a fulfillment warehouse — we’re a hands-on team juggling many roles, and we take the time to make sure every order is right.
To help us expedite your order, please confirm your height and weight when you receive your Order Confirmation email. This helps us ensure proper sizing and avoid delays.
Seasonal Closures
We take two extended breaks each year to recharge and reset:
- Winter Closure: From mid-December through January
- Summer Closure: Typically one month during July or August
During these periods, order processing and customer support are paused. We’ll always post a banner on our website and update our Contact Us page to keep you informed ahead of time.
Our Preferred Courier
We ship primarily with Canada Post — they offer reliable service across the country, including remote regions. In rare cases (e.g., during a Canada Post strike), we may use Purolator as an alternative.
We do not offer express or next-day shipping, and we don’t offer free shipping. Shipping in Canada is expensive, and while we subsidize part of the cost, we aim to be fair to our network of retailers who also carry Blueseventy products.

Please note: These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Once your package leaves our hands, delivery speed is determined by the carrier. While delays are rare, they’re beyond our control.
