Wetsuit Service Instructions
Before sending your wetsuit for repair or servicing, please contact us at info@blueseventy.ca or use the contact form at the bottom of this page. This allows us to perform a preliminary evaluation and determine whether we can assist you. A final assessment will be made once the wetsuit is received, and a repair estimate will be provided. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, no charges will be applied.
Repair costs exclude round-trip shipping fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Repair Timelines
- Low Season (September to March): Approximately 5–10 business days
- High Season (April to August): Approximately 10–15 business days
Service Center Closures
Our Service Center is closed from mid-December to end of January and from mid-July to mid-August. No repairs will be completed during these periods. If a wetsuit arrives during a closure, it will be accepted by our receiving department, but no work will begin until the Service Center reopens.
How to Send Your Wetsuit
- Fold and pack your wetsuit carefully in a box.
- Download and print the Shipping Label and affix it to the outside of the box. This label helps our Service Center identify your package.
- Download and complete the Repair Form, clearly marking the areas that need attention. Include this form inside the box.
All servicing is handled by our Blueseventy Service Center, located in Quebec. We accept wetsuits from all brands, not just Blueseventy.
