The all new LIFT Short updates the popular buoyancy short by mimicking the fit of our iconic HELIX wetsuit. The extra buoyant L.I.F.T panels are now positioned on the front of the legs to create the best-performing “wearable pull buoy” we’ve designed.
The LIFT shorts are crafted from 5mm Yamamoto Aerodome neoprene and 3mm flexible Yamamoto neoprene on the sides. An improved waistband sits higher on the hips for a more comfortable fit, while the slightly flared leg opening allows for quicker entry and exit between swim sets.
These shorts are designed as a training tool to help swimmers and triathletes improve body position and develop a more efficient kick and stroke alignment.
